DAY 12 - CHRIST AT THE RIGHT HAND

Aug 21, 2026

THE WORD

"Who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us."—Romans 8:34

THE BURDEN

You are not the only one praying for the person on your list.

Right now—at this moment—Jesus Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father and He is interceding. Not was interceding. Not will intercede. Is interceding. Present tense. Active. Ongoing. The risen, glorified Son of God is bringing names before the Father and one of those names belongs to the person you have been praying for.

That should change everything about how you pray.

You are not a lone voice shouting into an empty sky—you are joining a prayer that is already happening at the highest level of the universe. When you bow your head and say that name, you are agreeing with the intercession of Jesus Himself. Your prayer and His prayer are moving in the same direction toward the same person for the same purpose.

No wonder Paul asks—who is the one who condemns? Nobody. Because the One with all authority is not prosecuting your person. He is interceding for them. He is not against them—He is for them. And so are you.

Pray today with the confidence of someone who knows they are not praying alone.

THE PRAYER

Lord Jesus, thank You that You are interceding right now for the person I am praying for. I join my prayer with Yours today. You are for them—not against them. You died for them, rose for them, and now You pray for them. Let that truth fuel my faith and keep me from ever giving up. In Jesus' name, Amen.

The name I am praying for:

FOR YOUR PRAYER PARTNER

Remind each other today that Jesus is praying with you. Pray together with fresh confidence—not in your own persistence but in the intercession of Christ Himself. Let that truth make your prayer bold.
