Day 7 - Casting all your anxiety on Him

We live in a world that expects you to be anxious and filled with worry, but God tells us this need not be the you have anxious thoughts, cast all of them upon Him because He cares for you. Not only is God willing to carry the burden, but He wants you know that His reason for doing that is because He cares for you.

When you are burdened and worried and anxious just throw it all upon the Lord. Trust that He can handle it and is willing to do it because of His great love for you. Stop carrying the burden and give it to the Lord.

Prayer Prompt

Today as you pray, will you ask the Lord to show you the

burdens you have chosen to carry? Will you cast all those

burdens today on Jesus Christ? Will you ask the Lord to help

you not to carry that burden anymore?
