Day 18 - All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth

Since Jesus Christ has all authority in both heaven and earth, we need to listen when he gives us a command.

Before Jesus left the earth, he entrusted His church with the mission of the Gospel. This means we are not only to be ready to share our faith but also to make disciples. This means we are to invest our lives in others so that they too can grow to maturity in the Lord. We are not called to wait until we are perfect or know all the answers, but rather, we are to get involved in the church and spend time investing in other people. God even uses our

imperfections in the process to not only grow others but to grow ourselves.

Prayer Prompt:

Today as you pray, will you ask the Lord to reveal to you who you need to disciple because His mission is His priority? Will you ask God to grow you as a disciple-maker? Will you also ask God to give you a passion for multiplication in His Kingdom?
